You Are The Image Of The Most High

“And God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, after our likeness’…” Genesis 1:26

The Bible has been mistranslated from the original Aramaic and Hebrew texts giving us wrong ideas about Creation. The word  that has been translated for “God” with reference to God as “He” has other meanings as well in Kabbalistic texts, where the mystical teachings of the Bible are brought from.

The Word “God” in the original texts uses “Jehovah Elohim” meaning God the Father plus God the Mother, masculine and feminine aspects of the Deity.

The Yin and Yang symbol displays the cosmic duality of the One, the Cosmic Father and the Cosmic Mother, uniting into the One, the Unknowable. The eternal union of the two into the One. Creation is made through this union. The name for the male aspect of God is Jehovah, God the Father and female Elohim God the Mother, which is why it says “Let us make man…”

The Deity is One. But in action it is expressed through its polarities, the male and female principles of its own being. The primary attraction between the two, male and female is the creative force of the Fire of Life or the Deity which gives the attribute of reproduction, procreation.

In Kabbalah the universe is referred to as The Cosmic Egg, or Womb. Humanity on the whole is an embryo within this Cosmic Womb, brought into life by The Father, nourished into growth by The Mother. No matter who our physical parents are, they were vehicles for the Divine Parents. The physical mother is the expression of the Divine Feminine. The physical father is an expression of the Divine or Cosmic Masculine. The type of parents and environment one has had, has been exactly what was required for further growth and evolution towards attaining union with God.

Know who and what you really are! Created in love (the union of the Divine Father-Mother). Created in the image and likeness Jehovah-Elohim. As above so below. Whether you are immature or mature…whether you are ready to claim your inheritance with God or not…you are still the immortal child of God, of The Most High! Remember there is nothing to fear though it may seem so, in the darkness and pressure, those things are not real. God is evolving  you towards Christ consciousness. You Are a Child (Creation) of The Most High God!

Experiences, Is That Who We Are?

We go through our lives, and we all experience various things. As these experiences build up we begin to formalize an idea in our head as to who we are. This can be good or bad, either way our life becomes the experiences, and we we  believe we are those experiences. Thus our life goes on and the negative experiences build up and we cry out, “Woe is me!”.

I am saying we can choose not to be those experiences. I am who I am and hold the image in my mind of a healed, shamanic practioner, a healer and spiritual counselor. Yet those experiences tell me different right? They are experiences I go through, and my life experiences them but they are not who I am.

Here is another thing to add to that. Out of what we choose at any moment are infinite possibilities, infinite alternate realities, for an outcome. Out of those infinite possibilities we can pick the one we want, regardless of our experiences now we can choose the outcome we want!

This is what I have done. My life is slowly moving in that direction, no rapidly moving in that direction. I could have stayed and listened to the years of of self neglect, and hatred, drug abuse, body destruction, and the death of close loved ones and I could have stayed the used man. Hoping for a better day. But I chose not to, I chose the image, the one possible outcome that would be the opposite of what I went through.

Doing so meant some radical changes, but I am making it, and I am becoming that which I have embraced, and not what I experience.

To bring into existence we need to observe the outcome we desire, know it in our hearts, feel it, think it. Then watch it grow.

To Heal or Not to Heal

We all stand our place in life looking to light and looking to darkness, often suggesting indecisiveness, what do I do? The fear with injury and disease is just as this, we may fear that the injury of sickness will force us into unemployment of worse…abandonment.

I was just recently released from the hospital, the third time since November last year. These illnesses were valid, nothing consciously induced, no desire for pain yet resulted in the loss of employment. This struck deep because it added to the irrational belief that I was a failure.  My God where did that come from?

I am not sure where it came from, only a firm conviction of where it is going, and that is reintegrated with me knowing that the part of me that fears is trying to help me, not realizing the destruction it causes. So I let that part of me know that I love it, and welcome it to a life of beauty, success, unconditional love.

I just finished reading a dynamic book by PhD. Caroline Myss, “Why People Don’t Heal and How They Can” and in her book she describes how some people do not want to heal. Some people would rather still in their illness because then they would continue to receive the attention they so desperately seek.  This can include the repetitious occurrence of illness or injury. I think for me it has been the fear of abandonment, and once I succeed in something it will only be taken away…so a fear of success. Yet the part of my being that sets this up could honestly believe that it is protecting me from harm by doing this. Meaning it does not desire to cause harm to me, yet it sets up a sequence of events that allows my injury, no matter how weird it appeared in me, to keep me from being hurt further in something else.

I let that part of me know that I am no longer afraid, I am willing to face all things because I shall not fail. My power exists by what Spirit had given me, and I welcome with love those parts of me that are are afraid, it is time to not fear.

“To know God is the most important way to heal all disease-physical, mental, spiritual. As darkness cannot remain where light is, so also the darkness of disease is driven away by the Light of God’s perfect presence when it enters the body.”

Fast Food America Demanding a Fast Food Spirituality

Every day, millions of Americans attend week-end shamanic retreats and self-help healing seminars, searching for new meaning–any meaning–to enhance their lives. They want to find answers in a few days from practices that take years to develop.

But is it so terrible that people seek these weekend seminars? No, it is not—as long as they take what they have learned home with them and begin to practice this newfound spirituality. Seeking spiritual wisdom can never be wrong.

Even with “fast food spirituality,” what people learn is valid. What are they seeking? Maybe they are tired of the mindset that pins them down as bad people, because someone ate fruit from a tree at the suggestion of a snake, long, long ago. So they attend these seminars and retreats that they hope will take them to a place within themselves that touches their own divinity.

Many people attend these seminars for the feeling of being a part of something bigger than themselves. Some may have that experience for just that weekend, yet something inside them changes, and they return home with something new to hold within their hearts. And yet others will take that information and grow to become great spiritual leaders. We can never tell where someone is on his or her own spiritual path.

People want and need the revelation that tells them they are a part of The Divine. They want to recognize that they are a part of everything, until one day they can proclaim, “everything that is, is alive.”

So what does it matter that Nancy down the street is attending a New Age healing seminar but has not yet found her own spiritual path? What does it matter that many want to experience the shamanic workshops, and the uplifting seminars of great speakers such as Depak Chopra, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Michael Harner, and Carolyn Myss? Are those experiences invalid? These seekers are applying their energies to a constructive and spiritual direction that can only do them good, instead of spending a lifetime in destruction.

People who are on a steady spiritual path can often help lead others who seem superficially engaged with these spiritual matters. Because they’ve taken the first step, the seed is planted. Instead of judging their “fast food spirituality,” we should use our own wisdom to nurture those seeking to grow.

From the Dreams…

I awoke this morning from a dream that was this: Throughout the night I was in this dream, even after waking and then going back to sleep I was brought back to this particular theme or teaching. I was told all things resonate, vibrate. People with each other, with situations, sickness, poverty, war, peace, safety, with everything! And to relax our minds (I suppose letting go?) and the answers would be right there. While in this, I was doing many things but I do not remember what it was. I only recall the teaching, and throughout the day my body felt very sensitive, as well as my emotions and psyche. I felt I was worked on or worked on something all night, tired and overworked would say it right.

While I lay there trying to understand what it was I experienced, I began to cry. I felt that something beautiful, powerful, singular was touched and the remnants of it touched me and I felt honored to behold it. Later in the day I was saying a blessing over my meal, I was reminded of the feeling and exposure of the night before, I once again began to cry.

This dream is after a journey I took the night before with my spirit guides to “a void”. Where once inside this void (total complete, absolute darkness) a dance was taking place around a fire.

As this dance progressed, the participants began to shapeshift, one became a bird, another became a powerful animal of unknown origin, and then I shapshifted into a wolf. I could see the detailed change take place from human form to animal form. When I returned to the entrance to this void, I was listening to “their” chanting and it lulled me off into another place, although I was aware of where I was physically and could here ambient sounds, I was still somewhere else. In this “somewhere else” I was exposed to a truth that I understood there. The feeling that it already occurred was on mind and heart, yet returning to ordinary reality I could not remember what it was, nor the truth; just the feeling and power “it” impressed upon me, a lot to undertake in two days. I begin to understand that in this void I can create, and manifest in this reality things produced there.

I am now lead to visit another shaman to help me in my personal journey, to heal things of myself that I cannot see on my own. A soul retrieval or extraction if you will, there is something in me that holds back my confidence in what Spirit has called me to do. Until this is dealt with, it becomes a stumbling block and must be integrated within me or cast out.

How do people become Shamans? 

 I have been asked this question a few times, and I can not truly think of an answer for this. I can only tell you my story, my initiation. I did not have a “grand” teacher step in and show me, I did not have a miraculous visitation from the other side.I did not have the title bestowed upon me from a council of elders or seers. I was given the title by those who came to me. I shun from being called “shaman”, I shun from being called a Reiki Master. I am what I am because of what I do, and where I work the most. And it tends to be where other people would be afraid to go.

Let me begin by letting you know part of it has been posted here in “The Wheel and Where It Started”.

On Affirmations

I am reminded today of affirmations and the law of attraction, that it is not just what we say we want in our lives, but how we project our will or desires to the Universe, God, Spirit. The following is an excerpt from a conversation I had with my daughter:

“When you wake up feeling sad, was it in association with the dream? Also you cannot be the rescuer to everyone, sometimes you have to sit back and do nothing knowing that God is in control. Not so easy done as said though. Just as the affirmations you recited about Cubby’s (her boyfriend) condition, you can also affirm the greatest things about your situation. What is the best possible outcome you can imagine in this? Affirm this each day with conviction, feel it not just say it. And as the days goes by you will see the situation move to what you affirmed. But be ready, because Spirit or God is deaf, going by what we do, not what we say. So the lesson here is to see it in your mind, feel it in your heart say it with your mouth and watch what happens!”

The Wheel and Where it started

No I am not writing here of the invention of the wheel we can all imagine how that developed. This wheel can be depicted in Tarot as the Wheel of Fortune, it could be the Wheel of Life, it is many things.
It is the Karma of all, it is the ending up where you started, like a great plot in a novel ending where it began. This novel is mine, my life and story (don’t worry I’m not writing a “hey listen to me, look at me thing”) it will end the way it began…in birth.
I hope your beginning to get the idea of the Wheel here now. My Wheel in this physical world began fifty years ago, and by the age of five I was confused as to why I could not remember who I was. I felt like a promise had been broken, I was told I would remember that life, I was told I would remember! Yet I could not and inwardly I think I was angry. I think that I was not allowed to remember because to do so would shut off anything I was to learn in this life down. Yet I was allowed to recall some items, these things were to be memories that would build me up or confirm something in my life, only when I would be able to handle it. That is one of the Wheels functions.
It is said what goes around comes around, whatsoever a man sows that shall he also reap, it’s karma and many other sayings I am sure. Yet the lessons I am learning from this wheel is that I can choose. I can choose to stay still, or to move ahead. As I move ahead the wheel makes an audible “click”, this “click” is the sound of things falling into place, and I am where I am supposed to be at this moment. There are many lessons from the wheel and each persons lesson will be different, sometimes parallel and sometimes intersecting mine, as I with them.
I am that five year old boy again sitting on the ground outside my home, in Hawaii. Wondering why I can’t remember. Confused, and a bit angry, without understanding who I was to be angry with. Looking off into the distance I bring my attention back to my tricycle in front of me on its back, the wheel is not moving, and with a grand smile I grab the peddle and begin to spin the wheel around and around as fast as I could letting my fingers drum along the spokes; and for now I am content to be this boy, Raymond. d.

Of Christ Consciousness

After reading some segments of Deepak Chopra’s book the Third Jesus, I can hear the other side of this with loud screams of LIAR! I do not think this is a lie, but I feel that throughout history humanity has adapted Jesus to fit the times and desires of what they wish to control. What is it most that we wish to control but our own lives.
I have studied the Bible in times past as ardent student of theology, and even as a child. When I was young I received pins and recognition for bible verse memorizations. There was a certain comfort in the recognition from others that I knew many Bible verses. This continued through my adolescent and young adult years. I felt that my memory was a gift and to be used as such was to memorize the Bible. This was good because throughout the day situations would arise that would point out truths or things I had learned. This was not enough, however, to fill the insatiable thirst I had for knowledge and truth.
I began to question inwardly to myself while at the same time memories surfaced of knowledge I had already. I began to see that the Jesus I sought after was the Jesus in me or rather the Christ that Spirit seeks to show in all people.
The Jesus that walked then and the Jesus that churches seek to present to mankind is a collection of many ideas, thoughts, teachings that man thought he should be now. It is not a work that would involve “things I must not do” to enter the Kingdom of heaven. It is in truth things we do need to do to enter the kingdom of heaven. As the kingdom of heaven is here among us and in us, the only thing we are required to do is let go. This means letting go of outcomes, letting go of anticipated desires, letting go of the control.
